🚌🚏The public transport network in Oslo is highly developed, and will get you pretty much anywhere you want. 🚅 As such, it's a great investment to buy a ticket!

The most convenient way is to use the Ruter app 📱, where you can buy any ticket you want from anywhere.

You can also buy a physical card🎴 in kiosks 🏪, like Narvesen and 7-Eleven, can be loaded with any ticket you want if you ask the employee there.
⚫ If you ask for single tickets, it can be loaded with a certain amount of money which you can scan when on board, and is depleted a bit when scanned.
⚫ It can also be loaded with a period ticket, such as for a week or a month. This is more worth it if you use public transport a lot!

Ticket machines are mostly found at train stations 🚄🛤️, and is mainly used only for that.

It also helps clarify expectations between manager and employee, and is a useful tool for good management. In this article, we will provide some advice for conducting the performance and development interview. Trust, familiarity and the experience of meeting on equal terms are crucial for a meaningful performance appraisal. In this context, it is important that the framework for the interview is perceived as safe. This is done, among other things, by inviting employees to a performance appraisal regularly - normally once a year. The invitation is sent early enough that both parties have the opportunity to prepare. Sufficient time should be set aside for the interview. Experience has shown that around an hour is necessary. It is also generally recommended that the interview should be held in a neutral location, such as a meeting room.
