As a leading strategic talent partner to some of the most innovative companies in the world, Amby enables business growth through a proven combination of recruitment infrastructure, operations, and data.

To help them keep doing what they do best, we reimagined the visual identity, developed a new website in Framer, and produced a suite of custom illustrations to support the team’s future marketing efforts.

Our favourite detail: the recurring hand motif woven through the illustration system. It’s a playful nod to ‘ambidextrous’, the word that inspired the Amby name, and brings a whimsical, human touch to what can otherwise be pretty dry recruitment concepts.

What a year! 💥

We celebrated turning five, moved offices, received Framer Expert accreditation, co-hosted (and branded) a talk in Stockholm, and started building a new modular work/event space for both ourselves and Oslo’s creative community (details coming soon). Plus we built a few brands and websites along the way.

Most importantly, we connected with some great people and made new friends world wide. Thank you again to all our clients and collaborators for trusting us (and the process), it’s always a pleasure working with so many motivated and forward-thinking individuals.

So, that’s a wrap! Time for us to go off-duty and recharge for a few weeks 🌴

On Saturday, December 6th, the founder advisory and venture studio, Arimé Ventures, will host its debut event in Stockholm, titled Mutual Futures.
