The heart is the center of creation. It’s where wholeness begins; where you practice feeling elevated emotions – such as joy, inspiration, gratitude, forgiveness, trust, care, kindness, and love.

When your heart switches on, it informs your brain to move into an imaginary state … where you dream, imagine, and create your new future. When your heart is open, you fall in love with that future. And when your heart is coherent, you create the field of magnetism that draws it to you.

Remember, there’s more than one way to dream of your future. Another way to fall in love with your life … and yourself.

Our bodies are aware. What if there is nothing wrong with what's going on in your body. What if your body is giving you information about the world around you, all the time. What if your body gives you information and awareness about what else is truly possible? Can you be that aware?

When it seems as though you don’t have much control over your external world, you do have control over your inner world of thoughts and feelings.

To master this inner landscape, live from your heart, stay in the elevated frequency of love, and self-regulate by repeatedly engaging in the practice of keeping your heart open. You can do this even in the face of betrayals, setbacks, illnesses, and losses that lead to fear, anxiety, pain, suffering, and the activation of old programs from the past.

The more you overcome your fears, doubts, frustrations, and feelings of unworthiness, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the more doors will open to lead you out of your current reality.
