Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of design and sustainability students from Oklahoma State University to Deichman Bjørvika in Oslo!

Over the course of two hours, we explored how Norwegian cultural values—like simplicity, trust, and connection to nature—have helped shape one of the world’s most forward-thinking approaches to sustainability. From everyday habits like matpakke lunches and dugnad to national leadership in electric transport and climate tech, the group got a deep dive into what makes Norway unique.
