Hello everyone,

After working in the IT sector as a Marketer in Norway for more than 5 years, I have realized that there is a huge shortage of IT workforce in Norway. Similarly, Norwegian companies rarely look outside of Norway regarding recruitment.

In this context, I am starting a project where I will be connecting the IT workforce from Nepal to Norwegian IT companies. I already got a green signal from a CTO to check out the workforce in Nepal. We will be starting a pilot project in a few months. For now, I would like to get in touch with IT persons (Developers, Data Scientists, and Engineers) who are willing to move to Norway for work.
