We are a Mystery School of Sound Healing exploring the healing and transformational potential of sound, cacao and circle.

Sounds of Light is founded by Thomas, a sacred sound therapist, multi-instrumentalist, chocolate alchemist, retreat leader and circle facilitator. The Cacao spirit guided Thomas into the field of sound healing where he has been creating and leading Chocolate Sound Healing journeys, retreats, trainings, events, kirtans, and workshops all over the world. He loves to explore how sacred sound opens the heart, fires up our creativity and allows access to more of who we came to be. He works with an abundance of sacred instruments; tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, monochords, harps, tuning forks, duduks, tampura, pre-hispanic sonic tools, crystal bowls, harmonium, shrutis, drums, chimes, bells and the power of our own voice. He weaves mystical sound landscapes that allow deep relaxation and opens portals to altered states of consciousness and soul activation. And holds space where everyone can feel safe to let go and experience the power of their voice in calling in their purpose, dreams and wisdom of their hearts – and empowers them to share this everywhere. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in facilitation and teacher trainings and pioneers creative learning environments for the new wave of sound healers and musical space holders calling in a New Earth of heart centred living. His main sound healing teachers are: John Beaulieu, Jonathan Goldman and Tom Kenyon. His main vocal teachers are Sylvia Nakkach, Githa-Ben-David and Amit Carmeli. He has also studied Drupad singing in India with Uday Bhawalkar and Nirmalya Dey of the Dagar lineage. He is currently studying circle facilitation with Christian Pankhurst at www.heartiq.com

The Sound Temple is calling.
 We’re still vibrating from last years Sound Healing Training — a field of voice, ceremony, and deep personal healing.

Now we open the space again.

- Module 1: Sound Temple Retreat A 2-week immersion into sound, ceremony, and your own healing voice. This is where the journey begins — open to all.

- Module 2: Temple Facilitator Initiation For those ready to hold space and guide others through sound and ritual.

Both modules take place in our acoustic Sound Dome, cradled by the wild mountains of Jotunheimen, Norway — a portal for deep elemental healing.

Our Elemental Sound Healing
Practitioner and Facilitator Training is open for applications! ✨🪄

Over 8 month we will hold a powerful space for you to dive deep with the elemental and seasonal energy’s of the Norwegian pure and alive wilderness, to attune your voice and yourself in and with nature.

The training is divided into 4 modules that work with the different energetics of the seasons.

The first two modules (spring & summer) you will spend a lot of time in nature: you will connect with our beloved dragon mountain, visit a magical cave with womb pool, take cleansing baths in crystalline waterfalls and sit with prayer and cacao in rituals, ceremony’s and temple nights.

The second half of the training (fall and winter) you will harvest the fruits from the first half and start serving your medicine! You will open up sacred spaces of Soundhealing and of a cacao ceremony and let the tribe bathe in your unique medicine.

A big part of our Sound Healing Facilitator training, is empowering you to claim your inner space holder and to give it a stage for explorations and deeper self-recognition!🪄✨ This training is “hands on”! There’s no hiding anymore. 🧚‍♀️

You will be serving Soundhealing’s and Ceremony’s for the tribe you will journey with, for over 8 month and also in between the modules online or at your preferred location.

To empower and support you, we offer instrument labs in the modules and also 1:1 Q&A and teaching opportunities with our excellent skilled team members.

In-between the live modules in Norway we have powerful Online Gatherings with mentoring from Thomas - the founder of the Mystery School to help you stay on track and continue growing out of your comfort zone.
