There is a lot happening behind the scenes right now.

Most of my work is currently held in Norwegian. I am building, refining, and deepening what I know works. The structure. The language. The precision.

And I am not rushing the English version at the moment.

Because this work is not about translating words. It is about translating depth. And that takes time.

At the same time, I know that some of you are here, following quietly from different parts of the world.

And I want to say this, first of all:

Thank you for being here.
For reading what I share.
For staying connected.

It does not go unnoticed.

So here is what is true right now:

You can absolutely work with me in English.

I offer one to one conversations where we go straight into what is actually shaping your experience. Not the surface. Not the story you have learned to tell. But the underlying patterns, the projections you carry, and the way they influence how you see yourself, others, and your direction.

This is not coaching in the traditional sense.

It is precise. Sometimes confronting. Always honest.

And it requires that you are willing to meet yourself beyond what is comfortable.

The full English version of The Clear Horizon Method is not ready yet.

But the work itself is very much alive.

If you have questions, you are very welcome to reach out. Send DM.

And if you feel drawn to this, you already know.

We’ve learned to live as if life is a journey with an endpoint.

As if everything we do right now is simply preparation for what comes next.
When we reach the goal.
When we finally finish.
When we finally arrive where we believe we’re supposed to be.

But… is that really how life works?

Life doesn’t happen later.
Life happens now.

In the middle of responsibility.
In the middle of relationships.
In the middle of the decisions we make every single day.

And yet, so many women live as if this moment is just a waiting room.
Something to push through before the “real” life begins.

In leadership, I see it constantly.

The focus is always on the next delivery.
The next result.
The next milestone.

And it’s not wrong.
It’s necessary.

But when everything is directed forward, we lose connection with what is alive in what we’re actually building.

With the people.
With ourselves.
With the deeper direction that isn’t only about where we’re going…
but about who we are while we’re getting there.

There is another way to orient yourself.

A way that doesn’t remove goals or structure, but allows them to be supported by presence.

By attention.
By the ability to actually be here, in the life that is already happening.

Because when we lose connection with the present moment, we lose something else too: Our power.

Not because we’re doing too little…
but because we’re not fully inside what we’re doing.

And then even the most “successful” life can begin to feel flat.

For me, this is what having an inner compass is about.

Not as a new direction…
but as a deeper orientation.

A reminder that life is not something we’re supposed to get through.
It’s something we’re meant to live while it unfolds.

So the question is not only where you are heading.

The question is:
Are you present in your life right now, or are you constantly moving away from it?

This is a space we can enter together.

Without rushing.
Without perfect answers.

With honesty.
With curiosity.
And with the courage to stand in what is real, exactly as it is.

And this is exactly what we’re going to explore in the Clear Horizon method.

Let me tell you a small story. It goes like this…….

I can choose which story I tell myself.

Because life is not something that simply happens to us. It moves through us.

And the way we interpret what is happening shapes our decisions and actions, often far more than we realize.

Sometimes it’s not life that changes.
It’s our perspective.

And the moment we allow ourselves to see ourselves, and the situation we are in, from a different place… new possibilities appear.

Not necessarily bigger ones.
But more precise ones.
More aligned with what is actually going on.

I see so many incredibly capable leaders who never fully get to step into their potential.

People with competence, insight, and drive, who show up every day and do exactly what is expected of them.
They follow budgets.
Deliver on numbers.
Adjust under external pressure.
Keep the wheels turning.

They do everything “right”.

And yet… something feels empty.
Mechanical. Disconnected.

Somewhere along the way, something essential disappears:

The holistic perspective.
The human element.
The ability to lead with their full range, not just the part that fits into spreadsheets and reports.

What’s interesting is that this way of thinking rarely accounts for something fundamental:

Organizations can grow far more when people are allowed to access their full capacity.

Not slightly more.
Significantly more.

We’re not talking about small improvements in margins.
We’re talking about entirely different levels of possibility.

When leaders expand their own mindset, creativity changes too.
New connections become visible.
Better solutions become available.

And this way of leading spreads.
It gives others in the organization permission to think bigger, freer, and more holistically.

We are surrounded by competence.
By experience.
By knowledge, in ourselves and in the people around us.

The access is everywhere.

Yet so much of it remains unused.
Not because it isn’t there…
but because it is never invited in.

Maybe it’s not capacity that is missing in leadership today.

Maybe it’s permission.

Permission to bring the whole human into the room.
Permission to see connections that cannot be captured by a single model or one way of thinking.

What if that is where the real potential lies?

Not in squeezing more out of what we already do…
but in opening up what we haven’t yet accessed.

I’ll leave that question open.

I hope it gives you something to reflect on.

Have a great weekend!

They say.. You need to find your niche.

That might be the advice I’ve heard the most.

And yes, I understand why.
It makes marketing easier.
It sharpens the message.
It makes it easier to place people in categories.

But there’s one problem:

I’ve never truly felt like I have a niche.

I don’t feel a niche.
I feel a direction.

I don’t work with a target audience.
I work with women who recognize themselves.

Women who may not share the same career, the same age, or the same life situation, but who carry the same inner knowing…

“There has to be another way to lead, live, and create.”

I believe we are moving toward a more polycentric future.
A future where leadership is no longer built on hierarchy and control,
but on maturity, relationships, collaboration, and consciousness.

And in that future, I don’t believe we need more women trying to fit into old systems.

I believe we need women who stand together. Who hold direction.
Who dare to be clear, without becoming hard.

So no… I don’t have a specific niche, I have you who are ready.

I have a frequency.

And my work is for the women who recognize the signal.

Choosing your battles and standing in them

When I talk to my children about conflicts, drama and difficult situations, especially in social settings, we often return to the same question:
Which battles are actually worth taking?

Growing up is tough enough. There are misunderstandings, group dynamics, exclusion and unspoken rules. It is easy either to go straight into confrontation or to withdraw completely. Neither tends to serve anyone very well.

What I try to teach them is this:
If you choose to stand up for something, you must be willing to stand in it with both feet firmly on the ground. You need to have thought it through. Know what you believe, why you believe it, and what it might cost you. Not in order to win, but to maintain your integrity.

The same applies to us as adults.
In working life. In leadership. In relationships.

Giving honest feedback, having difficult conversations, speaking up when something is not right, requires courage. Not loud courage, but quiet courage. The kind that can tolerate discomfort without escalating the situation.

Choosing your battles does not mean becoming passive.
It means taking responsibility.

We have learned to live as if life is a journey with an endpoint. As if everything we do now is merely preparation for something that will come later. When we have reached a goal. When we are finished. When we have finally arrived where we think we are meant to be.

But life does not work that way.

Life does not happen later. It happens now. In the middle of responsibility, in the middle of relationships, in the middle of the choices we make every day. And yet many people live as if this is only a waiting room. Something to get through before the real thing begins.

In leadership, I see this clearly. The focus on the next delivery, the next result, the next milestone. It is not wrong. It is necessary. But when everything is directed forward, we lose contact with what is alive in what we are actually doing. With people. With ourselves. With a sense of direction that is not only about where we are going, but about how we are while we are moving.

There is another way to orient ourselves. One that does not remove goals or structure, but allows them to be supported by presence. By attention. By the ability to be here, in what already is.

When we lose contact with the present moment, we also lose some of our power. Not because we are doing too little, but because we are not fully present in what we are doing. And then even the most successful life can begin to feel flat.

For me, this is about the inner compass. Not as a new destination, but as a deeper orientation. A reminder that life is not something we are meant to get through, but something we are meant to live while it is happening.

The question is not only where you are going.
The question is whether you are present in your life now, or whether you are constantly on your way away from it?

🧭 Ditt indre kompass

Why do I want to shift your focus from lacking to having enough?

There are many models and tools within human development and psychology.

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs has given us a useful language for understanding people.
It points to what is missing.
To unmet needs.
To what makes us restless, searching, striving.

And yes. It is important to map lack.
To see what is actually true.
To acknowledge where things are out of alignment.

That is very much in the spirit of psychology — and of Carl Jung.

But my approach does not stop there.
And neither did Jung’s, for that matter.

Because I am less interested in staying with lack
and more interested in how quickly we can move out of it.

Not by pretending.
Not by skipping anything.
But by shifting our standpoint.

Because we do not attract what we want
when we are focused on what we lack.

We attract what we are.
What we live from.
The inner state from which we meet life.

That is why The Clear Horizon Method is not about climbing a pyramid.
And why the themes in this group, Ditt indre kompass, are built on this method.

It is more about orientation.

Where are you standing when you make choices.
When you speak.
When you lead.
When you wait.
When you act.

When the focus is constantly on lack,
lack receives more attention,
more energy, more space.

When the focus shifts to clarity, calm, and inner stability,
both actions and results often change faster than we expect.

What we give our attention to grows
whether we want it to or not.

And perhaps that is exactly why so many people who seemingly have everything in place
still feel a sense of unease.

Not because they lack something,
but because they have learned to look in the wrong place.

Do you keep doing the same mistakes over and over again?

There is an old story about a person who walks down the same street every day.

In the middle of the street, there is a hole.
And every day, the person falls into it.

At first, it’s bad luck.
Then it’s someone else’s fault.
Then comes frustration.

Until one day, it dawns on her that
perhaps the problem isn’t the hole — but the fact that she always takes the same route.

There is something about this that mirrors life remarkably well.

We can dream, think, analyse, and hope.
But without direction, we often end up in the same situations again and again.

Not because we are foolish.
But because we have never decided what it should look like when it’s right.

What does peace of mind actually feel like?
What does a good working day really look like?
Which people give you more energy than they take?

If you don’t know what you’re looking for,
how will you know when you’ve found it?

Direction is not rigid.
It is alive.

You don’t owe anyone perfection.

Perfectionism is an old defence strategy,
a way to avoid shame, criticism or betrayal.

But when you keep trying to be flawless, you lose closeness, both to yourself and to others. People don’t follow perfection. They follow truth.

What is one small, imperfect thing you can stand for today?
Are you afraid of being stripped bare?
I don’t mean literally, but emotionally, vulnerable.
