✨ I’ll be teaching at Recharge Yoga Festival 2026 in Kristiansand! ✨

I’m so excited to share two fascia-based movement classes designed to help you move with more ease, freedom and awareness.

🌿 Saturday: Fascia Mobility – Shoulders, Hips & Feet
Release tension where it often gets stuck, improve mobility, and discover how connected your whole body really is.

🌿 Sunday: Fascia Flow – Spine
Explore gentle, flowing movement to create a more resilient, supple spine. Improve posture, breathing and the way your body moves every day.

These classes are suitable for all levels. Whether you practise yoga regularly or simply want to feel better in your body, you’ll leave with practical tools you can use long after the festival.

I believe freedom in movement creates freedom in life.

Come and experience the power of fascia and discover how small changes can make a big difference.

Day 8 — Last day

Hard to walk up the stairs today… 😂
but so worth it.

Hands and arms —
the missing link for so many shoulder issues.

We’ve been working with something deeper:
how the nervous system organises load,
how asymmetry drives compensation,
how everything is connected.

And honestly… it changes everything.

I’m completely done —
and completely full.

Mobility is in my heart now.
And I’m ready to share it with you.

Day 7 — Spine

This training will literally blow your mind 😂

I feel taller.
I move better.
And somehow… I’ve unlocked grace?

Working the spine changes everything.

Day 6 — Mobility

Not everything that feels different
needs to be fixed.

Some things are just… yours.

Your history.
Your patterns.
Your way of adapting to life.

Mobility isn’t about becoming symmetrical.
It’s about becoming aware.

Because when you stop fighting your body,
you finally start working with it.

And that’s where real change begins.

Day 5 — exploring fascia in standing 🌿

Not about pushing deeper, but listening differently.
Finding how the body spirals, shifts, and responds when I stop forcing structure.
Less doing, more sensing.
It’s subtle, but everything feels more connected.

Mobility training day 3 ☕️
Shoulders today… but first, coffee 😄

Opening up, creating space, and finding strength in all the right places.
It’s always the small adjustments that change everything.

Can’t wait to share this with you ✨

Day 2 of the mobility course 🌀
Diving deep into the spine — how it moves, supports, and connects everything.

So many small insights that create big shifts ✨
Excited to bring this into my work and share it with you soon.

This keeps popping up… and I get why 👀

“Your fascia is blocking your lymph.”
“Your hips are trapping fluid.”
“Stop doing hip openers.”

There’s a grain of truth here—but also a lot of oversimplification.

Yes, fascia is connected.
Yes, movement supports lymph flow.
Yes, the pelvis is an important crossroads.

But your body is not a blocked pipe.

Lymph doesn’t just get “stuck” because your hips are tight.
And stretching isn’t the enemy.

What I see much more often is this:

→ The system loses rhythm
→ Tissues lose hydration + glide
→ The nervous system stays in low-grade protection

That’s when people feel:
- heavy
- puffy
- stiff
- disconnected

Not because something is “blocked”…
…but because movement has become flat instead of fluid.

The solution isn’t forcing or fixing.

It’s restoring:
✨ gentle oscillation
✨ breath-led movement
✨ whole-body connectivity
✨ safety in the system

This is where fascia actually changes.

Not through force—but through felt, intelligent movement.

If your body has been feeling “off” lately, you don’t need to push harder.

You need to move differently 🤍

Trauma isn’t only the big, dramatic moments we’re taught to look for.
Often, it’s the small, repeated experiences where the body didn’t feel safe, seen, or supported. The nervous system remembers those moments, even when the mind has moved on.

Trauma lives less in the story and more in the body.
It shows up as tight shoulders, shallow breathing, constant alertness, emotional waves that feel bigger than the moment, shutdown, or that stuck feeling even when you know you’re safe now.

This isn’t weakness.
This is intelligence.
Your body adapted to protect you.

At Freedom Through Fluidity, we don’t try to force the body to “let go.”
We create the conditions for safety to return.

Through gentle movement, breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation, we invite the body to soften its grip on old patterns of protection. We remind the system, slowly and kindly, that the threat has passed. That it’s safe to feel, to move, to breathe, to be here.

Healing isn’t about reliving the past.
It’s about restoring safety in the present moment.
When the body feels safe enough, fluidity returns.
And with fluidity, freedom follows.
