Safe work is needed
The annual meeting in the SAFEWORKERS project 2023 took place in Bergen last week. This event brought together researchers in occupational health from Addis Ababa University, Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences as well as researchers from CIH – UiB. The group discussed plans for the next years – seven PhDs are working hard and need good supervision. Meetings were held at CIH, but also at Media City Bergen. We work hard to produce elements for online education; this time we learned how to speak properly in presentations! New ideas for new projects were also discussed – we want to improve the work situation for all workers and find new methods. Some wanted to write to the President of their country and complain – we have brave people in the group! Luckily, it was also time for enjoyable meals together!
