Are you having trouble understanding how to get to your weight loss goal? Then listen up, I've got just the thing...

I know firsthand how frustrating & overwhelming it can be to deal with not knowing where to start, jumping from one plan to another, always in doubt about if your plan is gonna work, and how all of this can hold you back from achieving your goals.

That's why I want to share with you some ways that I found helpful in overcoming this:

1. What is the vision? What is the YOU 2.0 you want to become?
Create a detailed vision, of how she looks, feels, and behaves - all of it. Best if you write it all down.

2. Then start from the bottom and think about her ENVIRONMENT:
What is her environment: where she is and what it looks like, what and who surrounds her, etc?
Notice, how is it different from your environment, and how you can change that.

3. What are her BEHAVIORS?
What and how she does it, with whom, are there patterns, and if so, why?
Again, notice what's different, and what you need to improve.

4. What SKILLS does she have?
What skills does she have to be this version of YOU 2.0?
Which skills are you missing today to become her?

5. What are her BELIEFS?
Finally, what are her beliefs about herself, her abilities, and about what is possible for her?
Note, what's different, and how could you adopt her beliefs, and elevate yourself to level 2.0?

By going through this process, you will be able to gain clarity of what needs to change on each level, and which change will give you the biggest return on investment of time and effort.

As a busy mom trying to change her lifestyle and lose weight for good, it's so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget how well you are doing.

You might be feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. We’re all human, and we all have those days.

I am SO passionate about being there for my clients in a truly personal way. Which is why I'm about to share a love note or two, that you might really need to hear today.

💌 SLOW DOWN TO SPEED UP
We need to slow down and do deeper work so that we can pick up the speed later. It's OK to implement just ONE habit at a time, that will create a foundation for your further progress. As you master this one, you add another, and another, and another. This way building a lasting lifestyle [and weight loss] change will happen seamlessly, with no overwhelm or self-sabotage.

💌 CREATE A VISION OF WHAT YOU WANT
Knowing exactly what you want to achieve will show you exactly what you need to do. Don't make the mistake of jumping over the goal-setting phase. Having a vision and then defining the steps to reach it is crucial for your success.

💌 CREATE A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT
It includes not only places you spend your time in [like home, car, etc.], but also - who you spend your time WITH. If these people are not supportive of your goals, or they are individuals who chose excuses over actions, maybe they are not the crowd who will encourage your own self-improvement and change-making.

Without realizing it, we get influenced by people who surround us, so make sure to choose who you are with, who you listen to, and even the people you follow on social media. Cliche or not, but we are the average of 5 people we spend most of our time with.

Remember, don't rush through a lifestyle change, know what you really want and create an environment that supports your healthy weight loss goals.

If you're feeling discouraged and overwhelmed, take a moment to reflect on these affirmations and see if you can put them into practice.
