Keynote speaker on Wednesday His research is focused within the areas of : (1) The design and innovation of sustainable business models, and (2) Field experiments on human decision making, with a particular emphasis on socially and/or environmentally behaviors (3) Sustainability & ESG reporting practices of firms

On tuesday will talk about his work on the book «The big climate lawsuit». Marius has investigated the Norwegian climate lawsuit, the case in which the Constitution's environmental provision lost against the expansion of the Norwegian oil adventure. We are looking forward to it and hope you are as well 🌎⚖️

Our collaborative space of origin, UiB Collaboratory, was recognized with the educational quality prize at the Faculty of Social Science today! Thank you and congratulations to all involved, particularly to our student coordinators Johan Elfving, Ragnhild Reina Ødegaard, Synnøve Beitnes, Ronya Reitan Solberg and Hanne Iglebæk Christensen, all volunteers and participants at our conferences so far - and to Centre for Climate and Energy Transformation and Department of Geography for allowing students to get more involved in shaping academic activities for the future🌱

Behind the scenes: BISC-team getting ready for conference! The last couple of months, a group of eight highly committed volunteer students and two student coordinators have put down a lot of effort and work to put the conference together🙌 Now we are ready to welcome everyone on Monday and Tuesday!

SESSION 6: Technology

As the last student session the discussion will focus on technology’s role in crisis. The topics of the discussion will be:

“Ranking novel marine resources according to their nutrient density, contaminants and greenhouse gas emissions”

“Biometrics as the answer to our problems”

“Sustainable car - present and future”
