Our project just started! 😊💪
First day in our Erasmus+ project “L(EARN) that is taking place in , . Co-Funded by the European Union.
Main of this project is to create a connection between skills we need and skills we have, so that it is easier to enter the labor with more skills than we had before this project.⭐
On the first full day of the project we started to get to know each other by playing name games and question games. We also learned how the project was created, talked about simple rules and guidelines of the project.
All participants divided themselves into reflection groups where each group has a leader with whom they can share our emotions, expectations, ask questions and share our experience after activities.
One of the most interesting activity was “zoom in - zoom out” session, which was a slightly challenging for all of participants, it showed what are the problems while working as a big group, why it is important to listen to everyone and why it’s necessary to be respectful to each other.
Next session we had was called “Danish TV method”. During this activity participants understood that even though we are from different cultures, we can still share similar experiences. Later participants had free time together to talk more about ourselves, about our countries, about other projects where we’ve been and lots of other things.
In the morning participants met each other, but during the sessions they got to know each other better. Good teamwork will create an amazing project, great future friendship and hopefully participants will also develop future projects. But most importantly - they will get new skills and new knowledge that will help them to build a better future.
The youth exchange project "L(EARN)” is funded with the support of the European Commission “Erasmus +: Youth in Action”, which is administered in by the Erasmus+: Aktiv Ungdom
In the project we will have participants comming from 8 different countries from (hosting organization) - Youth Educational Organisation "Youth For The World" - YFW, (applicant organization) One World Institute Norway , - Keep the Change , - Associação Faísca Voadora, - Inovatyvi karta/ Innovative Generation, - Academy of innovation, - AEGEE-Kyiv and - Սառնաղբյուրի Երիտասարդական կենտրոն-Youth and Community Action Club NGO, who are here in Georgia to about themselves, to meet new people, to learn how to manage people, manage activities and be creative, to and learn how to have a better approach to life.
But the best thing on top of all of it - meet new friends from all over the world that might change their lives.
