Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, and as such a great opportunity to give a bit more info about our next guest, Rana Dajani, and her book!

We promised some exciting news!
We are more than thrilled to announce that the next author in our series of book club events is Dr. Rana Dajani!
She is one of the most influential women scientists in the Islamic world and a role model. In 2018, Dajani authored "Five Scarves: Doing the Impossible. If We Can Reverse Cell Fate, Why Can’t We Redefine Success?".
We can't wait to have her on our Campus to discuss all the stories behind her book! You can all access it through the WUR library :)
Do mark it in your agendas, and spread the news!!

Love books? Want to become an ambassador? Contact us and we will give you a book! Just email [email protected]. Ambassadors can be students and staff, it’s open. There’s one catch: you can’t keep the book, you have to give the book to someone else, someone you think will get excited about this, read the book, and then pass it along again!
