Environmental Technology for Impact 2015 The sub-department of Environmental Technology (ETE) of Wageningen University and Research Centre will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2015.

On behalf of our chair holders Huub Rijnaarts and Cees Buisman we cordially invite you to celebrate this anniversary with us. For this very special occasion we organize a two-day international conference “Environmental Technology for Impact 2015” (ETEI2015) on 29-30 April 2015. This conference focusses on innovative environmental technologies and future opportunities for the recovery of valuable r

esources (clean water, nutrients, metals, energy and chemicals) from waste and wastewater streams. The conference also addresses potential environmental quality and human health challenges related to closing water and material cycles, such as the accumulation of organic micro-pollutants, toxic metals and pathogenic microorganisms.
