Ondanks dat het geen teamsport is, vinden wij het team gevoel binnen de club erg belangrijk. Respect voor je tegenstander staat tijdens onze lessen dan ook op de eerste plaats. Verder richten de lessen zich op techniek, inzicht en conditie. Met als doel:

lekker trainen en bewegen;
waardoor je goed in je vel zit;
je weerbaarheid vergroot (en mogelijk daarmee ook je zelfvertrouwen). Ben je op zoek

IT’S A WRAP! 🔥🇳🇱 What an adventure!

Four intense days at the 18th WEKAF World Championships in India — and our small Dutch team delivered BIG. 💥

🥈🥉 Johan Muis — Silver & Bronze, before an injury unfortunately forced him to withdraw.

🥇🥇🥇🥈🥉 Glenn van Dongen — 3x World Champion, Silver & Bronze. One title came after fighting his way through five knockout rounds in a division of 17 competitors!

🥇🥇🥇🥉 Vince van Dongen — 3x World Champion & Bronze, competing in divisions of around 15 fighters.

And at just 13 years old, Vince is now the youngest Dutch WEKAF World Champion in history! 🏆🇳🇱

Four days of fighting, nerves, setbacks, friendships, countries supporting each other and stepping onto the floor again and again.

That’s martial arts.

While we are wrapping up the final classes before the summer break, we are definitely not sitting still. Behind the scenes, we are already preparing for the new training season.

From 22–25 October, our annual MATCH Training Week is back! 💪

This intensive week gives you the opportunity to make real progress in a short period of time, with up to 7 hours of training each day.

During the week, we will explore several disciplines, including:

🥢 Eskrima
🥊 Pangamot
🔪 Knife training
🤼 Jun Fan Grappling

You can join us for the full training week or choose the individual days that best fit your schedule.

What a weekend 😎⚡🥢!!

Two intense days of Eskrima, movement, sweat, laughter, bruised forearms 😉, and unforgettable energy 🔥. Our seminar turned into something truly special, bringing together an amazing international group of practitioners from Austria, Germany, Belgium, England, and the Netherlands. Different backgrounds, different styles, one shared passion.

On top of the seminar itself, participants also had the chance to join three special group training sessions, and the response was incredible. The atmosphere was electric from start to finish.

A huge thank you to GM Erwin Mosqueda for sharing such outstanding knowledge, sharp insights, and an inspiring amount of variation throughout the weekend. Also a special thank you to the family of GM Erwin Mosqueda for letting him travel, sharing his experience 🙏!

This seminar was not just successful.
It was loud, alive, international, exhausting, motivating, and absolutely unforgettable.

To everyone who travelled, trained, supported, laughed, learned, and gave everything on the floor: thank you.

Last week we stood together at the championships in the Doce Pares Black Forest Germany. But honestly? Weekends like these are about much more than winning or losing.

It’s about training together, coaching each other, supporting one another when things get tough, sharing the nerves before a match, and laughing together afterwards.
About the conversations between fights. The atmosphere. The support from the sidelines. The respect inside the ring and the stories shared during the socials afterwards.

And yes, bringing home a lot of awards and titles was definitely great. 🏆🔥
A reward for all the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that went into this journey together.

Warriors in the ring.
But outside of it, a brotherhood. A family. Friends for life.

That is what makes martial arts so special to us. 🙏🔥
