Leane has been on an incredible recovery journey following ACL reconstruction, outer meniscus repair, and inner meniscus removal.
When she started Gyrotonic sessions with us in September, she was still working toward full knee extension. Through consistent practice focusing on alignment, mobility, and strength, Leane has now achieved 0° – full extension as confirmed by her physio on November 3rd! 💪✨
