⚠️ One of the least taught Tantrik practices… and one of the most life-changing.

After years of practising on this path ourselves, we can honestly say we know very few teachers transmitting these teachings in an embodied, practical and deeply respectful way.

These practices don’t just deepen intimacy.

They change your relationship with your body, your energy and the way you experience life itself.

Imagine leaving…

❤️ Feeling that familiar flutter in your body long before intimacy begins… Simply because you’ve learned how to awaken yourself in a new way.

“You had my full attention… and I even had to wipe away a little tear.”

This was the first email I woke up to after our free masterclass written by a man who watched the masterclass.

It continued…

“My body and mind are saying: I want more of this. I want to see more. Learn more.”

I smiled.

Because this is exactly why Amanda and I created this masterclass.

So many of us grow up learning everything except the skills that shape our closest relationships.

No one teaches us how to understand our body’s needs.

How to communicate the kind of touch we long for.

Or how to create intimacy that feels deeply connected rather than automatic.

One part of his email especially stayed with me.

He realised how limited our education around intimacy really is.

And I think that’s something so many of us discover.

Hundreds of people signed up for this masterclass.
Many joined us live.

And afterwards our inbox filled with messages asking:

“Can I still watch the replay?”

So…

For everyone who missed it - or wants to watch it again - the replay is available for a limited time. 💥

And if, by the end, you find yourself thinking…

“I want more of this…”

We’ll also show you how you can continue your journey with us. 🙌

“I want a woman who can take responsibility.”
My partner shares something that keeps coming up in his work with men.

He says more and more men are sharing things like:
“I’m done being the spiritual punching bag.”
“I want a woman who can take ownership.”
“I’m done with women who say they’ve done years of inner work… but the moment they’re triggered, it all goes out the window.”

Ouch.
As women, it’s easy to nod along when we talk about emotionally unavailable men.

But what if we also turned the mirror towards ourselves?

Because here’s the truth…
• It’s easy to feel embodied when life is flowing.
• It’s easy to feel conscious when your partner is meeting all your needs.
• It’s easy to say you’re doing the work when nothing is activating you.
👉 But what happens the moment you’re triggered?😤
When you feel unseen, rejected or misunderstood?

Do you stay present?
Can you take responsibility for your own nervous system?
Can you communicate without attacking?
Can you remain connected to yourself while you’re asking for connection from him?

Because that’s where the real work begins.
Not when everything is peaceful..
But in the moments that ask the most of you. 😟

This is exactly why my partner co-leads Rites of Passage for men while I co-lead the Initiatress for women.

We’re not interested in creating women who know the language of consciousness.

👉 We’re interested in initiating women who can embody it. 🙌

Women who know how to repair.
How to regulate.
How to stay open.
How to take ownership.

Because those women don’t just change their relationships…

They change the culture of relationship itself. 💕

✨ If something inside you whispered,
“Oof… that’s me sometimes,” don’t judge yourself.

Let it be an invitation.
The next Initiatress in Portugal is for women who are ready to stop just learning about embodiment…
…and start living it. 💥

I'm lying back in a reclining chair, my legs wide open.
"I'm charging her with the sunlight."
I laugh as I say it to my partner.

He smiles.

"Baby... I love that you're doing this."

We are about to go into a love-ritual and this is one of the way I transition from being busy all morning and feeing a bit stuck in my mind, to dropping into my body.

But as soon as the words about the sunlight charging leave my mouth...

I pause.

Because I suddenly remember one of the very first times I ever gave my yoni a voice.

She quietly whispered… 👇

“I never see the sun.”

Back in the day, that was a big moment for me. For

years, my yoni was hidden in the shadows of my clothes . contributing to that. When I started tuning into her, and listening to what she had to say… that one sentence changed the way I relate to my body, up until today. Now, before a ritual, before lo******ng, or sometimes simply because it's a beautiful day… I let her soak up the warmth of the sun. In these intimate moments with myself I remember that my body isn't here to be hidden. 👉 It's here to be honored. Maybe that's one of the greatest gifts Ta**ra has given me. Not better intimacy. A deeper relationship with my own body. ❤️ PS If the voice inside your yoni could speak… what do you think she would say?

Part 4: From solo-backpacker to visionary of a village

After years of travelling through beautiful communities that eventually drifted apart…

And after watching Temple of Radiance grow into a global community that keeps expanding… 🤩

Something became really clear.
We don’t need another community.

The community already exists.

What it needs…
Is a home.

Not a place where community is organised through endless meetings, shared decisions, and trying to make everyone fit the same way of living.

But a village where community naturally emerges because people share the same values, while still having the freedom to live their own lives.

That’s why we’re building Temple Village.

A village our global community can return to, again and again.

A place where people stay a little longer after a retreat.

A village where facilitators, leaders and like-minded people can live, learn and grow together.

A place where you can join us for a weekend or decide to stay for a season of your life.

We envision a place where children grow up surrounded by conscious adults.

Where neighbours become friends and mornings begin with embodiment.

Where transformation isn’t something you experience once a year, it’s woven into everyday life.

That is what stands for.

Looking back…

This journey has taken me from a solo backpacker…

To building businesses that formed a global community,
And now…

To helping create a village where that global network of epic humans can have a place that feels like home.

For years, I searched the world for a place that felt like this…

I never imagined we’d one day be the ones creating it. 🥹

And perhaps…

If you’ve been following this story from Part 1 until now…

Maybe you weren’t just reading my journey.

Perhaps you’ve recognised pieces of your own.

And maybe, just like me, you’re looking for a place that feels like coming home.

Welcome to Temple Village. ❤️

Ps. Swipe to get a feel of what living in temple village will be like.

Part 3: The biggest lesson I learned as an entrepreneur

For years, I built everything on my own.

Like many entrepreneurs, I believed doing everything myself was one of my greatest strengths.

I organised the retreats.
Facilitated the workshops.
Built the business.
Worked on the marketing.
Answered the emails.

And if I’m honest…
Part of me believed I had to do it all alone.

Then I met someone who completely changed that story.

She didn’t just become my best friend.

She became the first person I actually wanted to create something with.

By then, my workshops were selling out.
Women and men were walking out with tears in their eyes.

“I wish I’d learnt this years ago.”
“This has changed my life.”
“When can I come back?”

Watching those transformations, something shifted inside of me.

I realised I didn’t just want to build a successful business.

I wanted these teachings to keep reaching people.

When Amanda & I came together, we discovered we were dreaming about the same thing.

To create something bigger than ourselves.
Not something centred around one teacher or one story.

But around a shared mission.
That’s how was born.

At first, we thought we were creating transformational retreats.

Looking back…
We were creating something far more valuable. 🥹

A place where people found their people.
Where strangers became lifelong friends.
Where women & men returned year after year because they finally felt they belonged.

And that’s when we realised…
Temple of Radiance is becoming a global community.

So if you’ve been thinking about joining one of our retreats, know that you’re signing up for so much more than 1 retreat experience.

You’re becoming part of a community of extraordinary humans who continue to inspire, challenge & support each other.

And if there is 1 thing I learned after years of solo-traveling..

It’s that life becomes infinitely richer when you don’t have to walk the path alone.

Seeing how Temple of Radiance started to grow I wondered… 👇
What if this community had a home?

More in Part 4. ❤️

Part 2: What 10 years of solo backpacking taught me about building a Business.

While many of my university friends were building careers…

I was building a different life.

For years, I travelled the world searching for something I couldn’t quite put into words.

I clearly remember arriving at a community in Guatemala.

It was the first place where conversations weren’t about where you’d travelled from or where you were going next.

People spoke about consciousness & ancient mystical teachings.

For the 1st time, I found myself surrounded by people who weren’t searching for the next destination…

They were searching within.

We practised yoga & meditation together & I got initiated int teachings most people have never heard of.

My journey stopped being about exploring the world.
👉 It became about exploring myself.

Looking back, I learnt more sitting on the floor of yoga shalas, meditation centres & ancient temples than I ever did in a university lecture hall.

The communities I lived in taught me there isn’t just one way to live your life.

My values changed.
The way I looked at the world, my life & myself, changed.

Without realising it, people started noticing.
“There’s something different about you.”

They wanted to know what I’d learnt.
And that is when something clicked. 💥

Everything I’d spent years learning through experience…

Had value. 🥹

Not because I’d read it in a book.
Because I’d lived it. ✨

I wanted to share what that had transformed my life.

So I started teaching.

Those 1st workshops became the foundation of my 1st business.

Looking back, I don’t think entrepreneurship was ever really a career choice.

Travelling alone had quietly taught me everything entrepreneurship requires.

How to adapt when plans fall apart.
How to trust yourself when nobody is around.
How to see opportunities in a country I am new to.
How to start over again and again.

All of this would become the foundation of leading a successful business.

I just didn’t know it yet 😅

And more importantly what started as a desire to share what had changed my own life…

Would one day impact tens of thousands of people around the world.

Part 3 coming soon. ❤️

Part 1: From Solo Backpacker to Serial Entrepreneur

For 10 years, I thought freedom meant never staying in one place for too long.

Maybe you’ve felt that too.
Not necessarily by moving countries…
But by always chasing the next thing.
The next opportunity or adventure or perhaps the next version of yourself.

For me, that looked like travelling the world alone.

I had a big backpack on my shoulders, a worn-out Lonely Planet in my hand, and I’d arrive in a new place with no accomodation booked.

I remember sitting by the window on a 12-hour overnight bus in Peru watching tiny villages disappear into the darkness while everyone else slept.

I’d have butterflies in my stomach not knowing where I’d sleep the next night.

And honestly…
I loved it.
I lived in beautiful places and became part of incredible communities.

I met people who changed my life forever and some of you still know me from that time (let me know in the comments if you do and what memory you have of us ☺️).

While traveling the world I loved the idea that nobody knew me, and I could start all over again in a new destination.

Each backpacker hotspot gave me exactly what I was craving.
New friends, things to do, cultural places to visit and places to go.

But after a while…
Something inside me would start whispering.

I’d walked the same streets enough times and got tired of eaten at the same foodmarkets.

The people who had made that place magical had often moved on.

Life slowly became… normal.
And normal felt too comfortable to me.

I’d feel that familiar feeling again:
“I think it’s time to go.”

Looking back,
I realise I wasn’t just travelling.

I was searching.
Searching for something with deeper meaning.

I kept moving to start a new beginning elsewhere.

And new beginnings are exciting.
They don’t ask much of you.
Staying does.
Building does.
Putting down roots & committing does.

I didn’t understand the beauty in that yet.
But everything was about to change.

In Part 2, I’ll share the moment I realised I wasn’t looking for another place to go…

👉I was looking for an entirely different way of living.

24/06/2026

I genuinely think one of the most damaging things we’ve been taught about intimacy comes from movies.

I call it the “Hollywood intimacy trap”.
Two people lock eyes across a room. Five seconds later, they’re making out against a wall. Thirty seconds after that, they’re having the most mind-blowing lo******ng of their lives.

Nobody fumbles with a bra clasp. Nobody gets nervous sweats. Nobody wonders if they have bad breath. Nobody has to find out what actually turns on their partner or gets “redirected” during lo******ng because everything is just a potent cocktail of chemistry, passion and butterflies.

Everything just magically works.

The problem is that after seeing thousands of versions of this growing up, many people start believing that chemistry should feel easy and fast.

That if you ask to slow down, you’ll kill the mood.

That if something does not go according to script, you’ll lose the spark.
That if you actually communicate, the magic disappears.

But some of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had looked nothing like that.

Nobody was in a rush. Nobody was trying to get somewhere. There was time to tease, to explore, to notice what was happening, and to enjoy the anticipation instead of racing toward the finish line.

Honestly, I don’t think most people are craving more intensity.
I think they are craving the part everybody skips.

The teasing. The anticipation. The moment when you are both wondering what happens next.

Because sometimes the hottest part of intimacy isn’t the thing itself.

It’s knowing it’s coming.

P.S. There’s something about the *right* music that changes the whole atmosphere of a room before anything has even started, and this is that.

Want a playlist that is made for exactly THOSE moments?

One Arja actually uses in ta***ic intimacy spaces, built specifically to match the pace of conscious lo******ng?
