Who are you when you feel safe enough to be yourself?
Maybe you are the one who takes care of the household, the meals and the calendar.
The caring one.
The responsible one.
The one your partner can always rely on.
But who are you for yourself?
Because something shifts when you finally feel safe enough to fully show up as you are.
Your boundaries become clear.
They are no longer something you negotiate away.
Your time starts being filled with things that actually nourish you.
Your body gets space.
You feel freer.
Lighter.
More playful.
More alive.
Sometimes you meet someone who allows you to experience this side of yourself again.
And it can feel like they brought her back.
But you don't need another person to become her.
She is already in you.
So the real question becomes:
What does she need from you to become visible in every room you enter?
Because the world is waiting for the woman who no longer leaves herself behind.
She is already here.
