Spring message from IIMA 2019 President
Dear friends and colleagues:
The start of spring always provides me with renewed energy for the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead. With a great conference in Houston still in my mind, I am happy to see all the hard work that is being put into organizing this year's event that will be hosted by Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. I would like to personally invite you to submit an abstract or paper to the 30th (!) Annual International Information Management Association Conference – September 23-25, 2019. This year's theme is Business Analytics and Technology Innovations: Succeeding in an Information-Driven World. As always we welcome both scientists (professors, PhD candidates and students) as well as practitioners to the conference.
More information can be found on our website http://www.iima.org.
As many of you know IIMA publishes two journals, the Journal of International Technology and Information Management (JITIM), as well as the Communications of the IIMA (CIIMA), both are double blind reviewed publications. All papers that have been published in the past are available open access at no charge and can be found via iima.org. If you're interested in cooperating with one of our journals, we are always looking for new reviewers as well as paper submissions. For more information you can contact the journal editors via iima.org.
Enjoy the summer and I hope to seeing you all again this September in New York!
— Pascal Ravesteijn, IIMA 2019 President
