This weekend is the last opportunity for students to participate in the National Student Survey. Haven’t participated yet? Grab this last opportunity to give your opinion to win a €2000 travel voucher or one of the many other prizes to be raffled.
With the results, the university can further improve the quality of its education and services. In addition, independent selection guides use the NSE results as input for their rankings. An example is the Keuzegids Masters 2016, in which Tilburg University has been designated best general university in the Netherlands! So, by participating you also help prospective students and you give (future) employers an insight into the best programs in any given field.
Participation is still possible until this Sunday. You can participate by clicking on the link in the email you received or by requesting your personal link through www.nse.nl (make sure you use your email address ending in .nl or it won’t work!)

So proud! For the second year in a row, Tilburg University was named Best General University by "Keuzegids Master". The results are based on a nation-wide survey.
The Research master in Law achieves a score of 82 and belongs to the top of Dutch higher education. The Master was named 'Top Program' once again!
Our Master "Rechtsgeleerdheid" (Dutch law) is number one in the Netherlands. All our other Master programs are within the top 3 in the Netherlands.

As you might have heard, our dean Corien Prins will leave Tilburg University on April 1, 2017. She will start a new position as Chair of the Scientific Council for Government Policy (Wetenschappelijke Raad voor het Regeringsbeleid (WRR)), and we are very proud of her!

This means it's time for you to meet our new Dean: Geert Vervaeke! Geert will join us from the University of Leuven, where he is professor of Legal Psychology at the Faculty of Law. He is considered one of the pioneers of Legal Psychology in Europe.

Prof. Corien Prins to become Chairman of Scientific Council for Government Policy (WRR) As from April 1st, 2017 Prof. Corien Prins of Tilburg University will take office as Chairman of the Scientific Council for Government Policy of the Netherlands (WRR). She will succeed Prof. J.A. (André) Knottnerus, whose term in office will end.
