๐งก Today weโre spotlighting .lexmond, founder of NewBorn Academy, expat from Germany and dotting mother of two.
Juliaโs journey into entrepreneurship didnโt start from a place of ease, but from a burnout that led her into years of deep inner work. What began as a personal search for balance and meaning evolved into something much bigger. Through motherhood, she learned to let go of the โshoulds,โ to stop performing, and to start truly living.
That 12-year journey from burnout to genuine joy is now the foundation of her work. Today, she guides mothers through their own process, walking alongside them so they donโt have to take the long road alone.
What she values about being a bard of the Hub Circle and out community at The Female Hub? Structure, focus, and reflection. Because building a business on your own can sometimes feel like navigating without a mirror.
At The Female Hub, she found exactly what she was looking for: a space outside of home, where she can show up fully, not just functionally. All while surrounded by women who are also building something of their own. But beyond the workspace, itโs the community that makes the difference.
โThereโs always an ear that listens. Collaboration in whatever way you need it. And a sisterhood where women genuinely empower each other by not competing but just showing up.โ
For Julia, who creates that same sense of safety and support for mothers in vulnerable moments, being part of The Female Hub feels like coming home. Weโre so grateful to have you as part of our community, Julia. ๐งก
