Unfortunately I can't teach at the moment. I really miss the contact with my students!

I am now focusing on my own practice. I have plenty of time to really dive deeper. It is my beacon of stability in these uncertain times!

So stay focused, keep up your practice! There are plenty of YouTube classes out there. Check out the ones of David Swenson, one of my favourite teachers!

From today I will be teaching another class at the Yoga Attic! Ashtanga Led class at 18.30. If you are in the Hague and are a member of OneFit, you can join the class! Or look on the website of the Attic for our offers. My other classes are "Ease into Ashtanga" combined with Mysore style class on both tuesday evening at 18.30 and friday morning at 10.
