Born from a belief that education and skill development lies behind community development, and driven by a passion for teaching, Andragogy was launched in response to the ever increasing demand for professional and per

sonal support in soft skills training. The Andragogy team are made up of industry experts; highly qualified and experienced in training and development. The team creates and implements high impact learning sessions for individual organizations and their employee’s individual needs. All services and resources provided are tailor made and add value to a company’s workforce. Our goals in developing this English training program are for the participants to:

Gain and understanding of language, usage and structure. To comfortably engage with others in English
Become empowered to put new communication skills into use.

For the past 6 months and looking ahead, I have been working with a design unit for a software firm to build out a culture of feedback; to support personal growth, development, promote innovation and new, better ways of working. We are now building up a champions guild, to co-own the movement to ensure effective feedback is an embedded practice and part of their ways of working.
