Free standing family house for rent

We've put our family house up for rent for a period of six months up to two years.
The freestanding house on the Grindweg, in the northern part of Rotterdam, has been thoroughly renovated and is now fully equipped with Internet and Wi-Fi present.

It holds a large and completely new living kitchen including all electrical equipment, a sitting room, two bedrooms with walk-in closet, bathroom with bath and separate shower, on each of the two floors a toilet. Furthermore a basement with access to the back garden, complete with washing machine and dryer, an extra fridge and freezer and two bicycles plus storing space. Both front and back garden are newly paved and are currently being replanted.

The much-sought neighbourhood, once a charming village on the outskirts of Rotterdam, has shops and restaurants and with a park and sporting facilities like soccer and horse riding all within walking distance. It has a good connection to bus, tram and railway station.

Rent: 2.400 Euro per month (excl. water, gas and electricity)
