Positive Organizational Psychology

Positive Organizational Psychology The master specialization Positive Organizational Psychology focuses on the strengths of employees and the deployment of those in and by organizations.

This specialization focuses on the core elements of modern organizational psychology, including positive organizational behaviour (engagement in work and organizational performance), the latest trends in team dynamics (team diversity and leadership) and the selection and socialization of personnel (including we**am tests and games as selection tools). You will use problem-based learning techniques

in small groups to learn about attitudes and emotions in organizations, employee team dynamics, and selection and socialization processes. Included in the programme are opportunities to develop your professional skills as an organizational psychologist. The Masters specialisation Organisational Psychology is also offered in English.
