Tot jouw taken behoren het coördineren van algemene administratieve activiteiten, waaronder het beantwoorden van de telefoon en het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande post. Het organiseren van meetings en afspraken. Het bijhouden van de agenda. Het betreft een fulltime aanstelling van tenminste 32 uur per week.

Jij

Jij hebt relevante werkervaring in soortgelijke functie en je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Daarnaast ben je bekend met Microsoft Office programma’s. Je kan werken op een gestructureerde manier en hebt een oog voor detail. Werk zelfstandig met een flexibele en proactieve houding.

"THE FIRST FULLY GREEN AND SUSTAINABLE DISTRICT IN THE NETHERLANDS" says Erick van Egeraat

The Dutch city of Almere in the Netherlands has appointed the team of Amvest, Design Erick van Egeraat and Witteveen + Bos as the exclusive partner for the realization of the Floriade area and the Floriade district. The choice for this team is the result of a European tender launched last December for the development, financing, coordination, realization and exploitation of the Floriade 2022 and the Floriade residential quarters.
"It is a great opportunity to realize this project", says Architect Erick van Egeraat.

"A fantastic location. We want a truly green city. There is a huge amount of knowledge on how to make homes energy-neutral. In the Netherlands we do have the capacity and the know-how to build circular. Fossil-free mobility is also rapidly expanding worldwide. All these ideas and ambitions must be coordinated. Such a city or district does not exist yet. We will try this here in the Floriade Almere, the Netherlands. We have a fantastic team. We will be successful. "

"It is a unique plan that provides for a completely renovated Floriade and a completely circular residential area as a possible result", says Wienke Bodewes, general manager of Amvest. "As a developer and investor, Amvest wants to invest in a lively residential area with sustainable, free-sector rental and owner-occupied housing, which is already largely completed before the opening of the Floriade. To realize this in three years will be quite a task. Our plans are not just showing what is possible, but we also realizing it. "
The Amvest team, Design Erick van Egeraat and Witteveen + Bos were chosen over the teams from Dura Vermeer / Arcadis and BPD Ontwikkeling / Lola Landscape Architects / ARUP. The municipality of Almere has drawn up an ambitious program; the Floriade and Floriade district is sustainable, circular and innovative.

The Floriade 2022 and the Floriade district will also be notable for its innovations. Matthew Marshall of Witteveen + Bos Engineers: "In our approach, the district will generate a lot of energy. In addition to solar panels on the buildings, solar fields will most likely provide a big source of energy. The district will only be accessible for zero-emission cars. In addition, we have developed ideas about an iBackbone and istreets, both of which will play a major role in managing and sharing all technology in the new residential area. "
The plans will be elaborated in the coming four months. The final development agreement is expected to be signed this autumn.
