The Mont Blanc is, with its 4810 meters, the highest mountain in the European Union. Climbing this mountain is an extremely challenging experience which many alpinists from around the world aspire to undertake. We, as students of the Rotterdam Business School, want to prove that we can literally exceed expectations by reaching the top of Europe where we will plant the RBS flag at 4810 metres. The
slogan “Exceed Expectations” from the RBS inspired us to launch “Expedition 4810”. When we were given the opportunity to execute any project we wanted, we immediately thought big. We came up with the idea to climb the Mont Blanc. The RBS has supported this idea, which we are extremely grateful for. By doing this Expedition, we want to give back to the RBS, by raising its name to the summit at 4810 meters. This way we will show everyone the great heights that students of the RBS can reach.
