While working with purpose, doing what you love doing for work, you can still get exhausted and forget to just be in the here and now.

The last 3 months have been RUSHED for me. 3-4 Live Workshops a week, I wrote 1 complete Journal, which is Revision to be published asap YEAH!, working on the online courses in 3 different languages, Zooms, 1:1 coaching and not to forget I am a mom, who lives alone with her 7 year old son.

You see what happened there? I totally forgot to just be in the here and now.🙃

Can happen, shouldn't happen.

Working on and with your purpose can be exhausting, too, and that's OK.

In the last two month, I was talking mainly to your emotions and in an only holistic way because that's what I am about.

In order to make impact you have to be emotionally involved, let your human side be the leader of change in your life and your business.

Time has no mercy, it will not wait for you nor for anyone else!

What is that one thing you want to do since last month, last year, last 5 years? I know that your own mind is keeping you from doing it, and it is just doing it's job.

Our minds are programmed with a standard programming and one of it's program is to keep us "safe" and "protected" until we reset and reprogram it, with the programming we want!

Yes, just like you upgrade your tech devices or like NEO received a new programming, each time he needed new techniques in the movie the matrix, you, too can reprogram your mind.

Set it up for Growth and Change a then? Well, make the jump to the things you can't stop thinking about, like going for a new job, start a new hobby or start your own business.
