Life as a man is about personal growth, suffering building your empire/legacy, being able to protect, provide, getting burned down but rise out of the ashes.
We need to build ourselves up and develop our value. No one is going to do that for you. Trust me on this one there is no easy way or quick fixes but there are strategies and tools.
One of the strategies is get some close friends with the same mindset as you and start connecting snd helping eachother build.
This man next to me is .nl a friend I made who is one of those close friends. We build, we adapt, we overcome and are winning!

Bij deze wil ik graag mededelen dat ik mij inzet voor het volgende goede doel namelijk Moustache Movember.💯
Ik zet mij in door 60km hard te lopen deze maand en natuurlijk niet te scheren.🙄
Wat mij persoonlijk motiveert om mij in te zetten is het ontbreken van het begrip vanuit de maatschappij naar de mentale gezondheid van mannen. Hierdoor voelen veel mannen zich zwak als zij hulp vragen, of zwakte tonen. Dit gaat gepaard met gevoelens opkroppen en verslechteren van de mentale gezondheid met alle gevolgen van dien. Wij mannen kunnen ook kwetsbaar zijn.
Help me om te voorkomen dat mannen te jong overlijden.

Feeling liberated at the festival. No drugs nor alcohol, just good energy, vibing meeting new people and actually feeling myself. Happyness is a choice but you have to be willing to put in an effort !

What a day. It was a difficult race for me. A lot of horrible things that happened in the period before and during training.
My time last time doubles was 1.14.47. I got close but didn't beat the score. Next time I will! But there are some things I did beat since I've started working on this goal:
-I got rid of all of my addictions
-Made some structure in my life
-Started running weekly
-Changed my eating lifestyle to a healthier one
-I got into mindfullness and started meditating
-I started to get to know me and love myself again
-Met new people and cut off toxic people
-Obtained a different POV of life
-Fell in love with reading and making music again
I have never felt this great before. I still have a long road ahead, but I'm doing the work necessary for that. The best part is now I know I can do it by myself. I don't need help, but it is appreciated and welcome.

I had a client that asked for some intense pads workout. After the intake I've told him this is not what he needed but he insisted. After a short period he told me to stop because of his aches in his joints and muscles. I offered him a deep tissue massage for some relieve. Next step is recovery training!

We came, we saw and we conquered!! We finished it together and also needed eachothers support to get there.
We finished with the time: 1.14.43 and we plan to beat the 1.10.00 next time in october!
