How Many of you do that after you've done a good job?

I never think about giving myself props but I think IT would be Nice if we start doing that. Considering the fact that the world sees us as terminators who dont have feelings, so we almost never get props from the external world. We better do IT ourselves so we feel proud more often. What do you think?
