End of an era 🍷✨ Little Big Wines closes its classroom doors
In December 2012, I met one of my biggest inspirations: the iconic wine writer Jancis Robinson. I was in London for the WSET Educator Course, and by pure luck, she was signing her renowned Wine Grapes (yes, the 2-kilo wine bible!) at Selfridges department store. I was starstruck. No actor or singer could have left a bigger impression on me. Her passion for wine inspired me to keep learning, and to teach. So I did.
Here’s how the journey unfolded:
📚 2007 – Took my very first WSET course
🏫 2009 – Started teaching WSET Level 1 & 2
🎓 2010 – Launched my own wine school, becoming a WSET Approved Programme Provider
👩🏫 2012 – Completed the WSET Level 4 Diploma & began teaching Level 3
Since then, I’ve had the absolute joy of guiding wine lovers and professionals from around the globe, from curious hobbyists to winemakers and sommeliers. Students joined me from the Benelux, South Korea, Bulgaria, Curaçao, and beyond. Earlier this month, my very last student received his certificate and with that, my wine school’s final chapter was written.
To everyone who trusted me and joined my classes: thank you! 🙏🏻 It’s been an honour to walk beside you on your wine journey.
But this isn’t goodbye, just a new direction. The wine world is vast, and I’m excited to dive deeper into:

Wine will still be my main focus, but there’s something else bubbling behind the scenes… more on that later!
I’ll continue to share updates and stories here, so stay tuned. The journey continues, just with a new vintage. 🥂
