This is the official page of the Maastricht Science Programme study association Aperture. What does Aperture mean? What is our mission?

In a camera the aperture changes the depth-of-field: it can blur out or sharpen subjects in a single view. In the same way through the open curriculum, students are able to focus on a particular discipline as well as see the bigger picture within the same programme. As a study association we firmly stand behind this concept. We feel it perfectly describes the Maastricht Science Programme and its students. No student organisation works without the student body. The students of the MSP are our basis and our backbone. Our first and most essential aim therefore is to serve the MSP community.

Feeling creative? Design your own D&D character and curse the d20 🎲, or get your hands dirty with clay and craft a cozy mug 🍵.

Aperture is organising the first General Member Meeting (GMM) of the semester!! We will be voting on the new board members, as well as discussing our plans for the upcoming semester. So don’t forget to stop by on the 22nd to enjoy a great presentation and some free pizza :)))

Would you like to take part in designing the MSP merch? Do you like creating, or is graphic design your true passion? Then Aperture has got the right thing for you!

We are currently organising a *design competition* for the future *MSP merch* sales! This can be anything from hoodies to stickers, really the sky’s the limit.

If you are interested scan the QR code or use the link in our bio to send in your design!! And of course, there will be a *prize* :) The winner will get a free piece of merch with their own, super cool design on it!!

Submission close on the *15th of January,* so get creative!!
