It is with a heavy heart that the European Opera Academy receives the sad news about the departure of iconic Roberta Alexander. Yesterday, 14 October 2025, she passed away, and suddenly, this world was a less-beautiful place. Her voice and legacy will resonate for decades in the hearts of those who loved opera as much as she did.
