📢 Limit caffeinated beverages. Beverages may not fill you up, but they sure can help fatten you up and have a side effect on you. Scale back in order to keep yourself in tip top shape.

📢 Don’t skip meals. With so much to do, it’s easy to forget eating to run off to your next appointment. Set up foods you can eat on the run so you’ll have the energy to keep going.

Being a student is great! Meeting new friends, living in a new city or town (on your own), start an exciting new study year. Here are a few tips to help you stay healthy and illness free throughout your education and Inkom!

📢 Eat breakfast. Whether you’re rolling out of bed at noon or up at the crack of dawn for class, make sure you start your day with a balanced, healthy meal.

📢 Drink moderately. We know. It is the Inkom. But you can still have a good time without consuming all the calories that come along with binging on beer, plus you’ll avoid the hangovers and other negative effects. Drink in moderation and you can have a good time without problems!

Voor de Ronald McDonald Kindervallei zoeken wij vrijwilligers! Wat jij kunt betekenen als vrijwilliger is onbetaalbaar! Zo kun jij kinderen met een (ernstige) ziekte of beperking een droomvakantie geven. Met jouw inzet komen gezinnen weer tot elkaar komen en geeft je onuitwisbare herinneringen.

Houd je van vlaaien bakken, ben je handig met gereedschap, leg je iemand graag in de watten of ben je goed administratief onderlegd? Dan kun je aan de slag! Alles om die twinkeling in de ogen van de gasten terug te brengen! Je wordt deel van een vast team voor minimaal 12 diensten. Zo houden we jouw betrokkenheid groot!
