Tania had always been curious about flying, but stepping into a small aircraft felt like a big leap. After spending time at our hangar and meeting our pilots, curiosity won over hesitation.
A flight over Flevoland turned into an unforgettable experience—and a reminder that some of life's best adventures begin when we try something new.

From marginal to magical
A solid weather assessment made all the difference last Saturday. We waited, timed the conditions, and planned the route accordingly — launching into grey… only to fly straight into spring. Blue skies at destination, tulip fields in full color below, and a perfect meetup at Texel International Airport with fellow club pilots.
Sometimes the best flights start with patience — this is what flying is all about. ✈️🌷

Gisteravond, heeft Arjan zijn N-VFR training afgerond
Van harte gefeliciteerd! 🎉

Voor PPL-gebrevetteerden is het mogelijk om ook de Night Qualification te halen. Hiermee mag je ook buiten de daglichtperiode (UDP) vliegen. Dit wordt ook wel Night VFR (N-VFR) genoemd.

Blue skies, puffy white clouds, gusty crosswinds, and longer days mean one thing: GA season is officially open, and it’s time to take every opportunity to get airborne.
Last weekend, we shook off the pilot’s winter rust with a flight to EDWR—a perfect reminder that preparation and adaptability always make the difference. Winds were 200° at 10 knots, gusting to 15.
It’s a great spot to practice approaches on a narrow, slightly uneven asphalt runway (13), and even brush up on a bit of German along the way.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start flying again, this is it. The season’s here—let’s make the most of it.
