Austris Music

Austris Music provides music education, music lessons and sheet music. Austris is a freelance horn player and teacher.

He has studied in ArtEZ Conservatory in Zwolle with Rene Pagen and Stefan Blonk and in Jazeps Vitols Latvia Academy of Music in Riga with Viesturs Vārdaunis. Austris has played with numerous orchestras and ensembles in The Netherlands and Latvia, for example, Sinfonia Rotterdam, Orchestra Riga, De Bezetting Speelt and Amsterdam Wind Quintet. He is a very passionate and enthusiastic young musician

who believes that constant change, adaptation and an open mind is what modern musicians should have and should aspire to.

Tomorrow, I'm playing Beach opera 'Orpheus and Eurydice' by C.W. Gluck with . If you want to hear 3 brass players, sax, contrabass, guitar, a large choir and soloists work for their money playing lots of notes, there are still tickets available! 🤪
