Yoko Silk Keramiek Workshop

Yesterday's workshop: kintsugi workshop for a group of 10 enthusiastic people after the lecture of explaining the whole process:)
They tried 2 kintsugi processes, gluing broken dishes with mugiurushi, and painting red urushi, then sprincling gold powder.

Preparation for the Kintsugi workshop on Monday still has a few things left to do, but it’s mostly done.

Goudse Keramiek dagen 2026 starts tomorrow. I will be at galerie de Hollandsche Maagd most of the time on both days. If not, at the main market square. Hope to see you there!

Yesterday's workshop: Kintsugi, the final step of securing the gold powder with thinned urushi called Konagatame was done! Now, the plate is finally ready to go home!! Congratulations 🎉 Well done!!
