Coversatiecursus voor medewerkers van de Universiteit Leiden
Wil je graag je spreekvaardigheid van het Nederlands verbeteren door over onderwerpen te praten die met het dagelijks leven op de universiteit te maken hebben? Tijdens deze training van 5 lessen werk je aan het vergroten van je woordenschat en mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid.
Tijdens de training worden specifieke onderwerpen besproken, zoals onderwijscommissies, functies, promoties en onderzoeksaanvragen, afgewisseld met oefeningen om de spreekvaardigheid te bevorderen. Iedere week heeft een thema.
Voor deze taaltraining is het noodzakelijk dat je een goede beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse Taal (niveau B1/B2).

NEW at the Academic Language Centre: Dutch Conversation classes at Level B1/B2, Punch Card Edition!
From Tuesday 10 October we offer individual classes with different themes on Dutch literature, poetry, and music. You can follow these classes whenever it suits you. To take these classes you can buy a punch card for 5 or 10 lessons. The punch card can be used for the thematic classes mentioned above and the general classes focused on everyday themes, for information on the general classes, see our previous post.

NEW at the Academic Language Centre: Dutch Conversation classes at Level B1/B2, Punch Card Edition!
From the week of 9 October we offer individual classes 4 times a week where everyday themes will be discussed. You can follow these classes whenever it suits you. To take these classes you can buy a punch card for 5 or 10 lessons. The punch card can be used for the general classes mentioned above and the thematic classes focused on Dutch literature, poetry, and music. For information on the thematic classes, see our next post.

Fasten your seatbelts, we have an exciting announcement to make!
From September 12 2023 onwards, we are introducing Turkish to our assortment of language courses.
The course will consist of 12 lessons, given once a week for a duration of 12 weeks. The course will be taught in person on Tuesday's from 20:15-22:00.

Tijdens de training worden actuele onderwerpen besproken, afgewisseld met oefeningen om de spreekvaardigheid te bevorderen. Iedere week heeft een thema. De deelnemers moeten rekening houden met 1 uur voorbereiding per week.
Voor deze taaltraining is het noodzakelijk dat je een goede beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse Taal. Deze cursus richt zich op het verbeteren en perfectioneren van je spreekvaardigheid in het Nederlands.

Due to the great success of our intensive course pilot in February, we are happy to announce that we will start with a new level 1 Dutch Intensive course starting March 27th.
Anyone who is interested in learning Dutch can enroll through our website. No prior knowledge in Dutch is necessary to follow this course, but a good understanding of English is (B1).

Due to the great success of our first Dutch Intensive 1 course where 14 of our 16 students passed the course with flying colors! Congrats to you all.
We are happy to announce that we will offer a Dutch Intensive 2 course starting next Monday! There are still a few spots available. Proof of an A1 certificate is required to join this course. We hope to see you!
