How did artists and ideologues navigate the cultural field under Peronism? In 'Art and Propaganda during Peronist Argentina' (Avant-Garde Critical Studies, vol. 47), Iliana Cepero explores how visual languages were shaped byโand helped shapeโthe political realities of the time.
At the core of this study is the concept of intentional citations, which foregrounds the socio-cultural specificity of Latin American modernism beyond European models.

"Le futurisme polonais, 1918โ1924 / Polski Futuryzm, 1918โ1924" (2 vols.) by Franck Jedrzejewski and Malgorzata Perigot-Grygielewicz offers the most comprehensive edition to date of Polish Futurist poetry, manifestos, and visual material from the early 20th century. With many texts published here for the first time, this two-volume set is an essential resource for scholars of modernism, transnational avant-garde movements, and Central European literary history.
Published as part of the Avant-Garde Critical Studies series, this bilingual edition (French and Polish) reflects the intellectual energy and radical poetics of an often-overlooked chapter in the Futurist movement.
