In Spain two multiplier events were held-the first on 5 December 2022, in the province of Badajoz, and the second in the town of Cáceres at the end of January.

These meetings have allowed to increase the impact of the project among the target groups/end beneficiaries, allowing a closer engagement of them with the results of Tools4Teaching. Moreover, thanks to the feedback obtained after both presentations, it can be affirmed that the level of satisfaction of the participants with both the events themselves and the materials presented during the events is very favourable. In fact, many participants assured their interest in using Tools4Teaching materials in the future.

Our Swedish Events -Urkraft organised two separate Multiplier Events. The first one was part of a two day conference and was held at Urkraft 9-10th of February 2023.
The second Multiplier event took place on 13th of March, at VET Education Vux, in Skellefteå Both Multiplier events gave the teachers/staff detailed insight of the toolkit and E- book, the project results and findings. The session was held by Therese Lundgren and Peter Brännström. The tools were tried and tested by the involved stakeholders.

JGM (the Netherlands) organised 2 Multiplier Events on the 15th of March. They attractedparticipants by playing a serious game and get the attention of the participants during the presentation of the E-book and toolkit. The aim of our MPE was to create awareness and promote the E-book/toolkit as well as inform the participants about the content and usability of the tools. One of the main takeaways from the students is that the toolkit is a great way to increase focus in an online environment as long as the teachers would put in the effort to really learn how to use the toolkit. From teachers positive feedback was relayed on importance of these Tools4Teaching EU for online learning

Thus, it’s very important and essential that all the teachers and faculties related to teaching improve their skills to make their teaching effective and engaging for students. This is one of the effective suggestions for making online classes better and by incorporating these online learning practices the ELearning experience for both you and your learners will be great. Make online classes more interactive Teach and interact with the students in a way in online classes that their learning becomes smooth and easy.Teaching faculties must focus on interacting with the students as much as they can so that they feel like they are studying in an offline classroom. For making online classes more interactive you can conduct activities that involve interaction within the students, ask questions, and solve their doubts.
