Their mission is simple: Open up honest conversations about physical and mental health from the perspectives of young adults around the world, fostering real connection and shared understanding

FUTURE ME began trough action research
Young adults dared to ask the deeper questions, share real stories, and explore what it means to grow though uncertainty, pressure, identity, and change.

Now the journey continues
We are beginning to write a scientific article
Building a bridge between lived experience, education, research, and voices of young adults themselves

From one question
To many conversations
To a book
To a university library
And now towards academic research

The story keeps unfolding
