A small transformation update.
All of these photos are within a 3.5-year time frame.
The first photo is how I currently look.
The second photo is when I felt my worst after a burn-out and sh*tloads of real-life events happening simultaneously.
The third photo is about a year before everything went downhill.
The third photo always used to be (in my opinion) one of the best I ever took of myself (Until now! Lol)
And after the burnout and everything, I always thought I would never achieve that level of fitness again in terms of muscle size.
This was because, on that photo, I was still occasionally cycling performance-enhancing drugs, whereas, on the first photo, I have been entirely natural since summer 2017.
For most of you looking at this photo, it probably means nothing other than maybe some guy flexing without a shirt or something.
For me, however, this photo makes me insanely proud.
Why?
Because it marks the end of a tough time and the start of a new chapter.
One where I have surpassed where the previous me had fallen.
This photo reminds me of all the times I still went to the gym with ZERO energy, a blood pressure of 170/110, No mental drive, No libido, No joy; there was NOTHING inside of me other than a little voice I could barely hear saying, "You have to go, your future you will thank you."
Often, I would get to the gym, do just one set, and immediately felt fu***ng exhausted; I cannot even explain this feeling.
Every cell inside of me said, "F**k this; just go home."
But I stayed.
Sometimes it took me nearly 2 hours to do 5 to 6 heavy sets because I wanted to preserve my muscles at all costs.
And looking at my current photo, I know that I fu***ng did it, I won.
From myself.
Some people sing, write, play an instrument, or have some other way to express their deeper emotions.
I don't; My pain and suffering are released inside the gym, every muscle like a big fu***ng wound that kept rebuilding itself stronger.
And here I now stand.
Stronger and with greater appetite than ever to achieve ANYTHING I set my mind to.
And people who truly know me, they know.
Stay tuned.
