What is Comprehensible Input? Very simple. You learn a new language while your teacher speaks the target language in a comprehensible way. The teacher communicates with you, talks with you. The teacher doesn't talk about the language or the grammar rules. The teacher talks with you, about you. The teacher communicates with you in a comprehensible way. That makes it possible for you to understand and talk back in the target language.
