On 5 September, 150 new International Communication (IC) bachelor students arrived at our school. The students are from The Netherlands, China, Colombia, Ukraine, U.S.A., Russia, Mexico, Vietnam, Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Romania
Finland, Bulgaria, Greece, and Latvia.

The introduction will take another two days with students exploring the city, the campus, and getting to know each other by working on assignments and closing off with a big group dinner.

On 31 August, Hanze UAS proudly welcomed over 700 new international student in its midst. The School of Communication & Media will have an additional welcoming programme for all International Communication students, which starts 5 September.

The School of Communication & Media congratulates second year International Communication student Dorothea Pfannkuch for winning the Glass Candle Award of Amnesty International!

She received the award during the “Northern Freedom Event” for her work for the Saidia Foundation. She won the award together with International Business and Management student Marina Pauken.

During the third year, students from the School of Communication & Media will go abroad for an exchange semester at one of the partner universities. Open Day great success!
More than 12.000 people visited the Open Day at Hanze UAS on 10 March!

With the new academic year ahead many students are now starting to apply to programmes they are interested in. During the Open Day at Hanze, students were able to get informed on over seventy different study programmes.
