Coaching, personal development and lead Nepal is one of my favorite countries.

I just love the mountains and the people. I have been there many times and keep coming back. In march 2017 I organized my first 3 week trip with a trekking to Mount Everest Basecamp. The next trip is in december 2017 with a 10 day trekking to Annapurna Basecamp. Follow me on this page and come with me next time!

You can see this breathtaking view on Mount Everest in march 2019, if you join my trip!

The photo is taken from the top of mountain Kala Pattar, a 5550m high mountain we will climb on this trip.

The black mountain is Mount Everest, with 8848m the highest mountain in the world. The mountain at the right is Nuptse.

The big glacier is the Khumbu Glacier, the glacier of Everest. The Khumbu Ice Fall is said to be the most difficult part of the climb of Everest.

From november 19th you will pay € 2.500. No exceptions will be made!

Happy Diwali to all my Nepali friends! 🕯️🕯️

Time to celebrate another festival in Nepal! This time Dipawali, or Tihar. It's also called The Festival of Lights.

The festival is one of the most populair festivals in Hinduism. It symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance.

During the celebration, temples, homes, shops and office buildings are brightly illuminated.

Nepalese celebrate it with family and relatives. I was so fortunate to celebrate it a few times with some of my Nepalese friends. I wish I was there now!

Did you know that Mount Everest has different names?

The Nepalese call the mountain 'Sagarmatha'. It means "The head in the great blue sky".

Tibetans call it 'Chomolungma', meaning "Goddess Mother of Mountains".

Mount Everest is named after Sir George Everest, by he British. George Everest was a surveyor and geographer who charted much of India. He initially objected to the honour, as he had had nothing to do with the discovery of the highest mountain and he believed his name was not easily written or pronounced in Hindi.

What name do you prefer?

On the photo you see me in front of Mount Everest, at the Tibetan side. It's much easier to reach from this side, as you can get there by car ;-)
