Cleaning my attic ... found this old drawing!
Made back in the days when I was still a student ... good old days :)
on Friday mornings!
White pencil and pastel on black paper.

Done! Both te Aston Martin DB5 drawings are finished. Turned out pretty nice, very happy with the result. Now all that is needed are two modest frames.

Putting the pencil down, calling the DB5 sketch done!
Added a bit more contrast/line weight to this version as this is the one staying a full line drawing. The other version has a bit less contrast since I still need to add marker, pastel and colored pencil.

Easy does it :) ... I should have made the drawing in a bigger scale to give me a bit more space to construct all spokes. Nevertheless I think these two wheels are okay for this phase of the drawing.
Added all spokes on the first of the two drawings. Next, those wing nuts on the hub and then some interior details, but the basic setup is almost done. Hope I can finish this part somewhere around this weekend.
Ow ... I am making two to have a full original blueprint version and a rendered version side by side. Or perhaps turn one into the fully loaded gadget Bond version ... still doubting... suggestions?

Early this year we decided together with Remko Killaars to create the follow up! The initial setup is gaining shape, seems like a lot of work again :) but really looking forward too it!

Quick Sunday morning sketch to go with my cappuccino and breakfast
A projector is no more than a block shape with a cylinder as a lens. Adding some rounds and some minor details turns the block into a product!
