Yoga bricks have 3 difficulty levels...at least 3. Flat, sideways or tall.

This setup is great as makeshift parallettes. Also cheaper and more versatile.

For those deep pushups.

A simple tool with many applications.

Such as massage, joint mobility, coordination challenges, reaction, balance. Both in interaction with a partner and solo.

If you are looking for some challenges, come join the training on wednesday and friday from 1800 to 1930.
