The European Master in Social Work is a 2 year study programme in 6 countries in Europe leading to a Master degree in Social Work.
In this study programme, whic was launched in September 2013, courses are being offered from a European perspective on social inclusion and combating poverty. There are modules offered on various welfare systems and different approaches of Social Work in different parts of Europe. The total study load over two years is 90 ECTS. From February 9th till the 13th our students were busy with the elective 'Intercultural social work' in Freiburg, Germany. It was a very good week! Students will see each other again in April in Odense, Denmark, or in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Last week's Meeting week in Groningen was a big success! We got very positive feedback in our evaluation, and some enthusiastic e-mails .
Students will see each other again Odense, Denmark, from November 24-28.

Another successful meeting week has gone by, in Málaga, Spain! According to one of our EMSW students, "the very dedicated team in Málaga really made an effort. They did a great job in offering us an excellent and varied programme".

Another successful meeting week for our EMSW students, this week in Freiburg, Germany!
From May 5-9, the Master students will be in Málaga, Spain for another meeting week. The topic will be Community intervention in social work.
From February 17-21, the Master students will be in Freiburg, Germany for the next meeting week. The topic will be be Intercultural social work.
