It's almost time for Summer Break!☀️
We hope your exams and final deadlines went well!

❗As of 7 July until 31 August the UB City Centre and UB Zernike will maintain summer opening hours:

UB City Centre:
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

UB Zernike:
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 - 17:00
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: CLOSED

Please note: the UB Zernike will close earlier this Thursday, 3 July. You’re welcome between 9 am and 5 pm (instead of 8 pm).

You can always check the up-to-date opening hours for UB Zernike and UB City Centre on the UB website 💯

Just a heads-up 🙌

SmartCat will be temporarily unavailable on Monday night, from 22:00 on 16 June to 01:40 on 17 June (about 4 hours) due to maintenance 🛠️

During this time, you won’t be able to request books in the UB or borrow from other libraries 🚫

Please plan ahead and good luck with your exams! 💪📖

📚 No book returns on 16 & 17 June!

⚠️ Due to system maintenance, you won’t be able to return books through the Self-service terminal or the Library Support Desk in the UB City Centre and UB Zernike on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 June.

✅ You can submit your books through the 24/7 bookbox (to the left of the wheelchair-friendly entrance of the UB City Centre, in the Poststraat); they will then be removed from your name on 18 June.

✅ You can still borrow books as usual, no worries.
