We are pleased to announce that we participated in the International Youth Day event - Energy Challenge, held within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) 2021, where General Manager Leon Stille was a member of the international team of juries of the situational game, part of the Youth Day programme. He also contributed as a lecturer to the Virtual Academy of the International Youth Day Energy Challenge which was preceding the final round of events held during SPIGF.

EDI is supporting International Youth Day event - Energy Challenge for more than five years already. The winners of Energy Challenge 2020 have been awarded with enrollment into our European Energy Strategy, Trends in Transition (EESTT) programme, which was successfully held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands last month.

EDI participates in the Energy Challenge 2.0 : Youth Day 2020.

Energy Delta Institute traditionally supports the initiative of the International Business Congress (IBC) - “Youth Day: Energy of the Future” that brings together industry experts and talented students from around the world to transfer knowledge about the energy business and find new ideas.

This year the event is held online. During the first stage of the project 270 students from 75 universities worldwide were enrolled in the Virtual Academy. EDI contributed with the two webinars on vs. and from Leon Stille, General manager of EDI.

During 3-11, December the top 50 rated students were invited to demonstrate their professional skills in various formats: team building and business game, as well as to meet with top managers of the leading energy companies.

The students from the two Dutch universities – University of Groningen and Technische Universiteit Delft – were rated top 2 and 4 in the Virtual Academy rating.

Leon Stille is a member of the Jury Council of the Business Game Youth Day 2020 and will present a special prize from EDI – free enrollment in one of international energy trainings from EDI Portfolio 2021.

Energy Delta Institute supports The XIII International Scientific Conference «ENERGETIKA21: Economy, Policy, Ecology which will be held online on 25-27 November 2020. The topic of this year conference is “The Global Energy in the World”.
